When the single tenant decided to vacate the building we undertook a feasibility study to convert the office back to its previous use as residential. We then negotiated a conditional sale to a local house builder and monitored their performance under the sale agreement. Once they’d secured planning permission, the sale completed with an overage payment to our client – securing over the base price for the vendor, based on our feasibility study.
