A multi-faceted project where we advised the owner at purchase on this redevelopment opportunity at Hounslow West. Having identified the potential for a residential scheme, we worked up a planning application, agreed a surrender with Morrisons when the store closed and negotiated the sale of the site on a conditional basis to a local housing association for a scheme of 175 affordable units. The asset was sold once planning permission was secured, with overage also paid by the buyer.
